Spring Work Order

Proof of insurance must be provided with the return of this work order.
I/We hereby authorize Delsey Marine Services dba Anchor Bay East Marina, its employees and subcontractors to complete this work and supply materials on my behalf.
I/We authorize Delsey Marine Services dba Anchor Bay East Marina, its employees and subcontractors to operate my vessel for the purpose of testing, inspection, or delivery at risk of the owner.
Delsey Marine Services dba Anchor Bay East Marina will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vessel (or articles left within the vessel) in case of theft, accident, inclement weather conditions or any other cause beyond the control of Delsey Marine Services dba Anchor Bay East Marina.
I also understand that payment is to be make in full upon completion of this work; and prior to the vessel leaving Delsey Marine Services dba Anchor Bay East Marina; payments can be made on online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
